Wilfords was not the first place that came to mind when I needed to rent the house, however having tried two of the largest agencies with unhappy results a friend of mine referred me to Simon. In two days he had accomplished more than we had in two months, and we were well on our way to getting our permit. Simon was exceptional, discussing potential tenants with me, getting a fair lease for both myself and the tenants and problem solving all the additional issues.
